AIVITA BIOMEDICAL RETURNS POLICY
AIVITA Biomedical offers you the opportunity to return products purchased from AIVITA Biomedical on the terms and conditions set out in this Returns Policy. Please call our Customer Care Center at 1-866-AIVITA1 (866-248-4821) or send email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization. (Operating hours 8:00am to 7:00pm CT)
- You may return only damaged Products purchased from AIVITA Biomedical within 30 days from the invoice date for credit/refund at the original purchase price.
- You may only return Products that are still in their intact original packaging. The original packaging and the Products may not be damaged, marked, or otherwise altered.
- AIVITA Biomedical will issue return authorization and labeling to facilitate return of Product to AIVITA Biomedical facilities. No returns will be accepted without obtaining prior authorization.
- AIVITA Biomedical may modify or terminate this Returns Policy at any time in whole or in part.
- Changes to or the termination of the Returns Policy will not affect the return rights granted under this Return Policy for Products purchased prior to the date of the change or termination.
- This Return Policy sets forth the entire understanding regarding the return and exchange of Products and supersedes all prior agreements and discussions relating to the return and exchange of Products.
*For the purpose of this Return Policy, “Product(s)” refer to all AIVITA Biomedical products (including samples and special products).
